It Must Be Heartburn
I have no idea why, but I suddenly got a feeling driving home that Colón was going to pull it together in his next start.
Comments:
I didn't want to say anything, but his last start did show signs of improvement. His velocity was good, and his control was... ummm, well, let’s say… not horrible... or not as horrible as usual. For the first time I felt he was being beaten on mistakes, and not his pitch. Of course I’ve been the optimist about Colon this entire season, and I’ve been wrong everytime.
