The Angels have a major disadvantage in this series: they have no DH, and as the recent series showed, this is a critical flaw for them because Glaus' injury guts the power from the corners. The Dodgers stank on the road trip to SF, and I have to think they're looking to lick their wounds on the cross town rivals. My supposition is the Dodgers will take two of these.

Comments:
What do you do with yourself during the "freeway series?" Do you cheer for both clubs, flip a coin, or do you just sit there silently? Inquiring minds want to know...

I only attended one once, a home game for the Angels. I had to cheer for the home team... I think the side of me that wants the underdog to win likes the Angels and has a perverse relationship with them therefore, not unlike that of Cubs' fans. But I'm not a masochist, and I have no particular need to "prove" my loyalty to any side.

HITTIN' TWO BUCK CHUCK AGAIN?

I hate these games. I almost never watch, and I never attend. I don't have kids, but I suppose it's very much like having 2 of your kids playing say a tennis match and having a rooting dilemma. ;)

both teams desperately need to win..

No, not yet... it's nice to see the Angels hitting again after yesterday's misadventures against Mulder.
