Diamondbacks "Likely" To Deal Johnson
The Arizona Republic claims -- without substantiating quotes from anybody -- that Arizona is likely to deal Randy Johnson as early as next week. The leading contenders are the Red Sox, but the Cardinals and Angels are supposedly also possibilities.
Also in this story: confirmation of yesterday's rumors about Glaus getting an offer from the Snakes, but nothing about contract terms.
