Thanks A Lot, Frank

I really do try to keep the obscenity down to a dull roar around here, but when I read garbage like this it makes me wanna reach for blood pressure medication I'm not presently taking:
DePodesta also said Dodgers owner Frank McCourt was involved in the negotiations [for Adrian Beltre].

"Frank and I talked about it quite a bit over the last couple of days," the Dodgers' GM said. "He was certainly involved when we made our offer. We cleared it through him -- it was a pretty big number. He was involved in the process."

In a sense, it's actually fairly relieving -- we can blame this on Frank.
Michael Ventre, who has never been wrong before about the Dodgers (ahem), blasts the Dodgers for letting Beltre walk. It's worth reading because this time I happen to agree with him.
