Angels Roster Notes
- Yesterday, Richard at Pearly Gates wondered whether an Orange County Register report about David Matranga being demoted to Salt Lake was correct because no roster changes have yet appeared. The Angels' 25-man roster has been duly updated, with Matranga nowhere to be found. SportsTicker indicates Molina has been added to the 25-man, but no official word yet on Matranga's departure, other than his excision from the Angels' roster page.
- Bill Stoneman in today's Times says the current thinking on Escobar's DL stay is that he "could be back in fifteen days".
