Boras Fired, Unfired By Hochevar
Thanks to Jon for pointing out this Daily News story about Dodgers first-round pick Luke Hochevar. Hochevar, frustrated by the pace of negotiations, apparently fired "advisor" (he is not an agent, remember) Scott Boras, replacing him with the team of Paul Cobbe and Matt Sosnick, who represent his best friend, teammate, and roommate, Eli Iorg. He then stepped back into Boras's arms once more. Boras is screwing over his clients once again; the wonder is that his client didn't stick with his decision to leave, and that more such don't walk away.
