Dodgers To Interview Terry Pendleton

The Dodgers will interview Braves hitting coach Terry Pendleton for their vacant managerial position, according to dodgers.com. Up to two more candidates could be interviewed, but DePodesta declined to say who they were.

This would be a good hire I think. Pendelton is a winner. I played basketball against him in high school. Former MLB MVP and AllStar. Now a successful five years with Bobby Cox. What are the drawbacks? It's an advantage to come from outside the organization it seems.
