What I Learned In Arizona Fall League, By Jered Weaver
Is it an offensive-heavy league? Oh, yes:
Weaver got some good advice from his older brother, Jeff, who pitched in the AFL in 1998 when he was in the Tigers organization."He told me whatever I do, to keep the ball down," Jered Weaver said. "If you don't learn anything else in this league, you learn that pretty fast. And if you don't, you learn it over and over and over again until it's been stamped into your brain."
