Helen informs me today that she tried to call the season ticket number and succeeded only in getting to voicejail. Hey, guys, fix your phones!

It was actually worse than that: she apparently had to hunt around to find a place where she could leave a message.
If anyone figures it out, maybe they can add it to this list of voicejail "cheats":
