More Roster Notes
- Grady Little wants to see Hee Seop Choi "play some" before the March 29 deadline when he can be released if he clears waivers. Expect one at-bat.
- James Loney and Delwyn Young were optioned to the minors.
- Jeff Mathis took a pitch to the hand in a minor league game yesterday against Giants pitcher Chris Begg. Mathis doesn't think it's serious, though the Angels had X-rays taken just in case.
