Angels Promote Steven Shell, Rafael Rodriguez
The Angels have promoted pitchers Steven Shell and Rafael Rodriguez, to AAA Salt Lake and AA Arkansas, from Arkansas and Rancho Cucamonga respectively. It is both pitchers' first time at their new levels.
Shell will replace Kevin Gregg in the Bees' rotation. Rodriguez led the Cal League this season with three wins and only one earned run in 17 IP.
