Baseball's Losingest Pitchers

Frank Tanana is the winningest pitcher on Craig Burley's list of losers; how many managers out there are like Dusty Baker, eager to put a guy on the mound they know can lose the game?

Buzzkill: Ballbug, StrikeTwo

I don't get the love for ballbug.com and striketwo.net, but since all the other kids are talking about them, I'll give them a mention here. How many RSS aggregators do you really need in the world, anyway?

OT: That's. Just. Wrong.

Ewwwwww!

Comments:
Frank Tanana was a great pitcher, until the Angels overpitched him and he threw his arm out.

If you are just counting the Top 25, then yes, but he lists 50 and Nolan Ryan and Eppa Rixey both have more wins than Tanana. Burley missed that as well, and it was his own list. It should tell you had bad those 70s Angels teams were that they had two great pitchers in Ryan and Tanana, but couldn't do anything at all with them.
