Mathis Sent Down To Salt Lake
Hearing reports that Jeff Mathis has been sent to AAA Salt Lake, and three-true-outcomes hero Mike Napoli called up. And you thought Dallas McPherson swung-and-missed a lot — Napoli's second on the Salt Lake roster with 29. Napoli's hitting .244/.344/.436 with three home runs for the Bees.
Update: some confirmation on this, kinda sorta, as Ryan Budde is the starting catcher in tonight's 51's/Bees game.
