OT: Hummingbird
A black-chinned hummingbird (Archilochus alexandri) , I think. Shooting straight up into the sky like this made it tough for me to get a good look at him; he could also be a Rufous hummer. I had to do some Gimpification of the image just to get it this clean, and it's not really a good photo as these things go. He was pretty brave, though, letting me get within ten feet of the power line he was perched on before he flew off.
