Buddy Black Thinking About Managing Now
Well, most likely now that the Giants job is vacant, because it's on the West Coast. Black lives in San Diego County, and played for the Giants for four years, and was a teammate of Barry Bonds' for two.
Update: And it's not just the Giants who might be looking for help. The Padres have given the okay for Bruce Bochy to talk to other teams about managerial openings, a rather irregular thing to do unless the job were a step up...
