Fan Sentenced For Throwing Bat In Game
A fan was sentenced to 90 days in county jail for throwing a bat during a Sept. 19 Dodger game, according to cbs2.com. The fan, Rudy Caraves, pleaded no contest to the charge of "misdemeanor activity at a sporting [event]"; in addition, he will have to stay out of Dodger Stadium for three years, the duration of his probation.
