Minor League Notes
- Former Dodgers outfielder Mike Marshall (not the pitcher) has signed up to manage the GBL's Yuma affiliate. I saw the name at first and thought, oh, that crank would have some fun trying to "correct" young pitchers, but no.
- Dodgers 2B prospect Blake DeWitt was ranked the ninth best prospect in the Hawaiian League by Baseball America. RHP Zach Hammes was 15th.
- For those who care, the AFL championship game is on Saturday at 11:30 AM PST, between the Grand Canyon Rafters and the Phoenix Desert Dogs. The game will be broadcast on MLB.TV.
