Report: Rangers Tab Ron Washington For Next Manager
According to a report in the Dallas Morning News, the Rangers will announce former Oakland third base coach Ron Washington as their new manager soon (as early as "today", but so much for that one).

Heard Ron Washington on the radio here in DFW yesterday, and what a difference he is from Buck Showalter. Upbeat, positive, a winner who is accountable. He only got a 2 year contract, and he says "no problem, if we aren't winning by then, I don't belong here". The man hasnt been on a losing team for over ten years I do believe. I luv it, the anti-Buck.
