Tribune Corp. To Solicit Offers For Cubs, Times
Thanks to BCB for catching this one in our own backyard: the Tribune Corp. is seeking offers for its various component units, including the Cubs and the Los Angeles Times.
In Los Angeles, entertainment mogul David Geffen, former home builder Eli Broad and former supermarket magnate Ron Burkle have said they are interested in buying The Times.Good times.
