OT: Paypal Stiffs Soldiers
Deadspin sets up fund for slain soldier using Paypal. Paypal refuses to release funds for no apparent reason. These clowns look like a bank and almost are a bank, but nobody regulates them, apparently. The folks over at Deadspin are asking their readership to give Paypal hell over this, but what they really need is a good class action lawsuit.
