Buzz Boyle BRO b. 1908, played 1933-1935, d. 1978-11-12
Jim Campanis LAN b. 1944, played 1966-1968. Son of the Dodger GM Al Campanis, he will forever represent the ruthlessness baseball requires: on December 15, 1968, the father traded the son to the Royals. Baseball has no room for nepotism... unless you're with the Kansas City Royals.
Robert Eenhoorn CAL,ANA b. 1968, played 1996-1997. One of seven players whom the Lahman database lists as born in either Holland or the Netherlands, the most famous of whom is undoubtedly Bert Blyleven. Eenhoorn had a brief major league career, but has been active in promoting the sport in Holland.

Vladimir Guerrero ANA,LAA b. 1976, played 2004-2005, All-Star: 1999-2002, 2004-2006. The Top 100 Angel has moved up a couple notches, but ranked by cumulative win shares in an Angel uniform, he still isn't even in the top ten.
Wally Hood BRO b. 1895, played 1920-1922, d. 1965-05-02
Doug Linton CAL b. 1965, played 1993

Granted, UCI's history in the majors doesn't go too far past Linton and Brady Anderson, but it's something...
