Roster Notes
- Kelvim Escobar won't make his Tuesday start either, as the Angels try to get his shoulder extra rest. The Angels pitching probables page says it'll be Dustin Moseley tomorrow.
- Luis Gonzalez says he won't be a Dodger next year.
- Unverified reports say Milton Bradley has a torn ACL and will miss the rest of the season following yesterday's fracas in San Diego. Also, Mike Cameron has a torn thumb ligament and will miss the last week of the season.
Update: Cameron has also been lost for the balance of the year, but might be available for the playoffs.
- In related news, the Padres traded for Astros OF Jason Lane, for a PTBNL. Lane was hitting .178 for Houston this season.
- The A's have picked up options on manager Bob Geren and 2B Mark Ellis.
- Cardinals Yadier Molina and Mark Mulder both had season-ending surgeries, Molina for torn knee cartilege and Mulder for cleanup on his rotator cuff.
