ALDS Game 3: Yankees 8, Indians 4
Bottom 5th: And the Yankees show that an offense capable of getting balls into the seats make for some fast scoring. Johnny Damon belted a three-run jack to cap the frame; 5-3 Yankees.
Bottom 6th: It also helps when your opposition makes fielding errors in critical game situations. Trot Nixon lets Robinson Cano's liner get past him to clear the loaded bases. 8-3 Yankees with two out.
Day After: Cleveland got one more in the top of the eighth to make it 8-4 Yankees. There's now some chatter at BTF that the Indians will choke because they're going to send Paul Byrd up there tomorrow to get shelled, and thus will return to Cleveland with their backs to the wall and C.C. Sabathia, who can get shaky, for a Game 5.
