Kemp's Suspension Reduced, Terry Tiffee To AAA Las Vegas
A couple of items:
- Tony Jackson (by the way, Tony, have you lost weight in your most recent picture?) tells us that Matt Kemp's suspension has been reduced to two days. "He chose to simply get it out of the way now, which is probably wise on his part -- especially since he is 1 for 13 with six Ks, so a couple of days away from it can't hurt him." Also in the Times and MLB.com.
- In the Tony Jackson story above, Terry Tiffee has accepted his reassignment to AAA Las Vegas, and is expected to play there tonight.
