Ninth Inning Funhouse Doesn't Erase The Chan Ho Suck: Tigers 5, Dodgers 4
I came into this one at the end of the eighth, which is to say, I missed the entirety of Chan Ho Park's meltdown. Unused Hong-Chih Kuo was seen warming up at the end of the game to no apparent end, but the Dodgers put up four in the ninth to make it interesting, two on a Russell Martin homer. Andy LaRoche made his first appearance as a second baseman in the major leagues.
Maybe next time they can find a way to use Kuo in a game-critical situation.
