MLB Approves New Giants Owner Bill Neukom

MLB ownership unanimously voted to approve new Giants owner Bill Neukom. Current owner Peter Magowan will retire October 1. Neukom has been a minority owner in the Giants since 1995, and a general partner since 2003.
