Rumor: Angels Interested In Brian Fuentes

no, don't miss him (nor any of the other ex's - Madrigal, Gregg, Jenks, et. al).
Frankly (no pun intended), I don't see a pressing need to go out and inve$t in a 'proven' closer. Between Arredondo, Shields, Jepsen, and Speiers/Oliver, that's enough to start the season. Hopefully, we can get Adenhart on the roster too to break him in, and if there's a need mid-season, we have Escobar coming back.
Take the 'proven closer' cash and just add another year to Tex's contract for heaven's sake.
