Roster Notes
So far, teams avoiding arbitration with single-year deals ...
- The Rockies came to terms with Huston Street on a 1-year/$4.5M contract.
- The Mariners avoided arbitration with Felix Hernandez, who signed a $3.8M/1-year deal.
- Believe it or not, ex-Angel Kevin Gregg was still arbitration eligible; earlier traded from the Marlins to the Cubs, he got a 1-year/$4.2M deal. Gregg will compete with Carlos Marmol for closer duties in spring.
