... the offense fails. Ervin Santana provided a quality start, but got no run support, the Angels being three-hit, and instant fail.
There was one highlight reel play that made the Quick Pitch leather list or whatever they call it, and that was Maicer Izturis fielding Kurt Suzuki's ground out; unable to make the throw himself because he was running away from the play, he glove-tossed the ball to Erick Aybar, and just nipped Suzuki at first.
