Rangers Stiff Fans Who Bought Postseason Tickets
... at least, temporarily. Fans who made the mistake of buying postseason tickets won't get their money back until November because "the money is tied up with MLB." David Pinto suggests the team is being run like the Washington Senators, from which the franchise was born.
