Reed Johnson Disabled, Manny Ramirez Up
Reed Johnson has hit, presumably, the 15-day DL, according to a tweet by Dylan Hernandez. Tony Jackson at ESPN/LA reports the Dodgers have activated Manny Ramirez to take his place on the 25-man roster.
