If Jim Bowden's late Twitter feed is to be believed, we learn in his interview with Dodgers bench coach Bob Schaefer that
- Joe Torre isn't coming back
- Don Mattingly turned down managerial positions to stay in LA (from whom, and at what level?)
- Manny-steroids=no superman
- And most damningly, the Dodgers "will have to pull a rabbit out of the hat ... to contend next year".
