Mondi's never been the kind of guy you can count on in crucial plays. I don't like it, but it's what we've got.

Tommy -- why do you think that Scioscia's not happy about getting Mondesi? He's had nothing but praise for him in public. (Of course, he's obliged to say things like that, but still.)
