Angels Draft Jered Weaver
We'll see how this pans out; a lot of scouts didn't like him and thought that, despite his gaudy K totals in college ball, he'd end up a nice middle relief guy. If nothing else, it's good to see we're willing to go with a homegrown product. No story, just a headline on the Angels home page, and Jon's mentioned this in his draft coverage. I'm hoping Jered will pan out. Good luck, Jered!
