Bill Valentine Elected To Minor League Board
Bill Valentine, GM of the Arkansas Travelers, was elected to the Minor League Board of Directors. The 72-year-old Valentine "replaces Midland RockHounds President Miles Prentice as the Texas League’s representative on the Board of Trustees, which is recognized as the governing body of affiliated minor league baseball." He'll have something else to do, aside from running the Travs and working on the new ballpark.
