Damn Near Everybody At All-Baseball Moves To Baseball Toaster
Ken Arneson made good on his promise to build an entirely new suite of blogging code for the folks at all-baseball.com. The apparent changes:
Coda: Unfortunately, it appears that Blogspot is being persnickety once again. I had a story up and wasn't able to post for hours.
- Dodger Thoughts has a new home, along with Mike's Baseball Rants.
- Not only does Bronx Banter join them, but adds new writer Cliff Corcoran.
- Alex Ciepley and Derek Smart move their Cubs-mongering to Cub Town, leaving Christian Ruzisch in limbo at the old Cub Reporter.
- Meantime, at All-Baseball, the remaining holdout, Christian Ruzisch, enters into a merger with Most Valuable Network. Does this mean Behind The Ivy will get a new writer? Stay tuned...
- Ken Arneson takes over A's blogging from the derelict Baysball in that group with Catfish Stew. This appears to be taking over from the blog functionality previously in progress at Humbug.
- Will Carroll's personal journal is now at Tri-County Post-Messenger.
- The software Ken has written to run the site has its own blog at Fairpole.
- And, just as all-baseball.com had a home page for collaboration between the disparate blogs, so, too, does the Baseball Toaster: The Griddle.
Coda: Unfortunately, it appears that Blogspot is being persnickety once again. I had a story up and wasn't able to post for hours.
