If You Didn't Want Comments, Turn 'Em Off

As I mentioned a week ago, I left a comment at the spring training announcer's blog regarding the weak announcing at Cubs spring training home games at Hohokam Park.

It got erased.

Well, if you didn't want comments, dude, don't enable them. For my part, I have never erased a comment I disagreed with on this blog, no matter how stupid it was, not unless it was obvious spam. I won't scream "first amendment violation"; instead, I'll just say I find this remarkably bad manners.

Comments:
What did you say?

I asked why the announcements were often incomplete, and that Al Yellon at Bleed Cubbie Blue and I had both noticed it. It was very undecorous.
