Penny Signing Official
The Brad Penny signing is official. No dollar figures announced, but I assume the earlier reports of a three-year, $26M contract with bonuses were accurate.
Update: AP says $25M over three years, with a $7.25 club option for 2009.
Also, Paul DePodesta has expressed interest in re-signing Jeff Weaver. "He's a guy we'd be interested in keeping around," DePo said.
