Bottom's Up: Angels 3, Twins 2

I'm a little less inclined to think Finley's shoulder injury was bogus; will the Rev. give him a little more respect now that he's gone 2-3 in his return to the bigs? I hope so. I still would like to see Finley come back and have a strong second half. It would be like making a trade and upgrading the offense.

Speaking of offense, the odd thing about tonight's game was all the walks. The Angels don't take 'em, and the Twins staff doesn't give 'em out. Yet, the Angels drew six walks from the Twins, who weren't actually that bad. Fins, Izturis, and Kennedy all had a multihit game, and good on them.

Otherwise: Donnelly was just awful, hitting a batter and nearly losing the game. If you don't think the Angels need bullpen help, well, this game was pretty much evidence to the contrary. Still, a much-needed win.

Update: Plus, a really good job by Washburn, who managed to avoid puking -- literally and figuratively -- on the mound.
