It looks like Jeff Mathis will be sent down to make room for Joe Saunders. Is it just me or is all this option activity just going a mite crazy?
In related news: Escobar is pitching batting practice from the mound and feeling good. Dallas McPherson's problems are in his hip, not his back, and he will be shut down for a while longer, with no ETA for return. Full results on McPherson's tests won't be available until later today.
