OT: War Memorial
Vietnam War Memorial, Westminster, CA. This is across the street from Westminster City Hall, and immediately next to the new Coast Community College Learning Center, both of which are on land previously used by Willis H. Warner Junior High. I thought the glowering skies gave it a kind of foreboding effect appropriate to its purpose.
