Sneer All You Want, Sean: Devil Rays 2, Angels 1
About to be swept by the Devil Rays. I couldn't care less how many games are left in the season, they're playing like a bunch of Little Leaguers right now, and just surrendered first place to the A's. No hitting, roulette-wheel pitching, and an idiotic insistance on keeping Finley in the lineup (okay, at least today they had to face a left hander, so we got that excuse, but what about yesterday, huh?) are all helping to sink this club ever deeper. Like I said at the beginning of the season, if Dallas McPherson doesn't step up this year -- and apparently he doesn't have the critical "health" tool -- this team has a real problem. He didn't, and it does.
Update: And they lose, like a buncha doormats. How pathetic.
Update 8/29: L.A. Seitz with more. Agreed 100%, they totally do not deserve the division the way they're playing.

the season is not over yet the angels will be back but i agree you finley is a bust
