Kevin Towers To Stay Put
Padres GM Kevin Towers will remain in San Diego in that capacity, according to Ken Rosenthal. Towers hasn't been the best of all possible GMs for the Pads, but with Grady Fuson advancing to VP of Scouting and Player Development, the team shouldn't be backed into many free agent corners for long.
