Angels DFA DaVanon
Rotoworld reports that the Angels have DFA'd Jeff DaVanon. Nick Gorneault, anyone?
Now on ESPN, which says the move was made to clear space for Hector Carrasco.

Why did we DFA Davanon now? If either Rodriguez or Zimmerman is picked in the Rule 5 draft then Stoneman has made another major error.
Generally I defend stoneman. Yet if Rodriguez or Zimmerman make an impact on a club next year I am through w/ him.
