Pickoff Moves

OP Hires A Personal Trainer

"I've had too many injuries. I don't want that anymore. I want to be part of this new team, I want to be here for a long time. Most of the Dominican guys, they have personal trainers. You just need somebody next to you who knows all that kind of stuff."

Angels 5, Rockies 3

Recap

Orioles 6, Dodgers 3

Paul Quantrill Announces His Retirement

Paul Quantrill, whose acquisition was one of Dan Evans' coups as GM, has announced his retirement following the WBC. Quantrill was one of the backbones of the fantastic Dodgers 2003 bullpen on what has to be the best pitching staff I've ever seen. Via BTF.
