Roster Notes
- Dallas McPherson's back injury doesn't appear to be as bad as his last one.
- Mike Napoli was left unprotected from the minor league Rule 5 draft two years ago, and my stars.
- Apparently Mike Everett robbed Mike Napoli of his chance to tie the club record for most consecutive times having reached base; his strike one call in Napoli's first AB should have been ball four.
- Juan Rivera was hit in the neck by a pitch in yesterday's game; he's "a little woozy" according to Mike Scioscia.
- Grady Little hopes Brett Tomko can stay off the DL; if he has to miss his next start, the alternative is a callup from AAA Las Vegas.
- Ricky Ledee's rehab start has been pushed back.
