Kazmir A Late Scratch For Tonight's Game
Devil Rays ace Scott Kazmir is a late scratch for tonight's game, thanks to a sore neck. He will be replaced tonight by James Shields, who would have gotten Sunday's start, and Casey Fossum will start Sunday.
