Two Games

Back To Blame: A's 7, Angels 5

Four home runs: Good.
Not having anybody on board when they were hit: Bad.
Lame first inning muffed catch of a clearly catchable popup: Bad. Very bad, Kendry.
GIDPing with the bases loaded and one out: Bad, but mitigated by Juan's two dingers.
Stranding six baserunners: Bad.
Batting Garret Anderson fifth: Bad, Mike Scioscia.
Scot Shields putting one on a tee for Frank Thomas: Bad, but not unforgiveable.

What Did You Want For Nothing? Giants 5, Dodgers 4

There is a school of thought that says that Mark Hendrickson pitched well after his lousy first, but that doesn't matter... because he's still a lousy pitcher.

Back to plummeting replaceability goes Cesar.

And then, Gagné's back, and the despair that is the Dodgers' bullpen outside of Saito.
