Roy Smith Returns To Pirates
Roy Smith, the Dodgers former director of scouting and player development, has returned to Pittsburgh as a special assistant to GM Dave Littlefield. Smith held his position with the Dodgers in 2005 and 2006, and was the Pirates' assistant GM from 1998-2004.
