Angels Lose Angels.com Domain Case

Via BTF, the Angels have lost their bid to take over the angels.com domain under ICANN's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.
By filing a UDRP, the Angels were trying to spend a few thousand dollars to get the domain rather than a few hundred thousand. By losing, they might end up paying a few million. Such is UDRP roulette.
I tend to agree with this settlement. The reality is that the word "angels" really is broad enough and with sufficient applicability that it's not reasonable for the Angels to take it over on a UDRP claim; whose trademark is being infringed?
